Meeting Space

Have your next gathering with us

First Baptist Church of Denver offers a meeting space for almost any size group, from just a few people up to 400 people. Several rooms are available, depending on the size of the group and the type of meeting you’re planning. We can accommodate almost any type of meeting, whether it’s a community meeting, business meeting, legislative meeting or fundraising dinner. All spaces are handicap accessible.

Available Event Spaces

We have several different event space options available to rent.

Miller Hall: Our largest event space located in our basement. This space features a fully lighted stage complete with audio and video equipment upon request. Attached to this space is our commercial kitchen, which is also available to rent for an additional fee.

  • Seating Capacity: 250 theater style, 165 with tables and chairs (with Fellowship Hall, 220 w/ tables and chairs)

  • Rental Rate: $120/hr with available 20% discount for non-profits

  • HVAC: No air conditioning. Central fans and steam heat available.

  • A/V: 8 channel mixer with microphones available. Projector and two sizes of screen available on request.

  • Dimensions: 51'x62', with an additional 21'x32' of stage space


Fellowship Hall: Our second largest event space, which is connected to Miller Hall via a sliding partition. This room is available by itself, or can be rented with Miller Hall to expand space.

  • Seating Capacity: 120 theater style, 55 with tables and chairs

  • Rental Rate: $100/hr with available 20% discount for non-profits

  • HVAC: No air conditioning. Central fans and steam heat available.

  • A/V: No audio available unless connected to Miller Hall. Portable audio equipment available upon request. Projector and screen also available upon request.

  • Dimensions: 26'x41'


Sanctuary: Besides being used for Sunday worship, our sanctuary is also available to rent for events.

  • Seating Capacity: 325 in the main pews + 120 in the balcony (not handicap accessible)

  • Rental Rate: $150/hr with available 20% discount for non-profits

  • HVAC: Evaporative coolers and steam heat available.

  • A/V: Mixer and microphones, wired and wireless, available upon request. Projector and screen available upon request.


Fireside Room: A small room adjacent to Miller Hall in our basement that can be used for small meetings or music rehearsals.

  • Seating Capacity: 30

  • Rental Rate: $80/hr with available 20% discount for non-profits

  • HVAC: Air conditioning and steam heat available.

  • A/V: Portable audio equipment available upon request. Projector and screen available upon request.


Library: A board-style meeting room that features elements of our church's history throughout the room.

  • Seating Capacity: 15

  • Rental Rate: $75/hr with available 20% discount for non-profits

  • HVAC: Air conditioning and steam heat available

  • A/V: Portable audio equipment, projector, and screen available upon request. Easels also available upon request.
